Overview
A graduation management system for a Japanese school, designed to help teachers record tests, results, and remarks in multiple sections and generate printable reports.
Problem
The school needed a way to manage graduation-related data more efficiently while still relying on an existing legacy student system.
Solution
I worked on a system that allowed teachers to enter all required information in one place while integrating with the legacy system for student data. The platform also supported exporting results in XLS and PDF formats for printing and distribution.

Key Challenges
A major challenge was building a new workflow around an older student system while keeping data entry flexible and ensuring the different output formats were generated correctly.
